Carrot Muffins

4 cups sugar

4 cups flour

8 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups oil

4 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 teaspoons salt

4 teaspoons cinnamon

8 jars baby carrot

Bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes
